There's nothing as simple as homemade vanilla pudding without Tütenkram and E-numbers. I swear, it is really ratzfatz and it just tastes incredibly delicious. And most of the things you have in the house anyway. So if you feel like a warming treat without chocolate, here is the recipe for 2 large or 4 small bowls of vanilla pudding. 500 ml of milk Put 1 vanilla pod of milk in a saucepan, scrape out the vanilla pod and add the pod to the milk, bring to the boil once. 35 g cornstarch (depending on the desired firmness) 50 g sugar 75 ml milk 2 egg yolk Put these ingredients together in a shaker and stir with the blender to a smooth cream. Remove cooked milk from the heat, stir in the starch mixture with the whisk, then simmer gently again. Tastes directly warm very delicious. If someone feels like warming without chocolate, here's the recipe for 2 big or 4 small bowls of vanilla pudding.
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
